JJES Policy

School rule's

School hours will be 9:00am - 2:00pm. No school entry before 8:30am. Cleanliness check will be conducted daily. Students are required to attend school in Full uniform. Any reason for not wearing uniform should be notified to the class Teacher or Head Teacher/Principal. Only those recomended languages should spoke in the school compound.

During school hours not allowed to cross the compound. No one is allowed to stay in the school building and compound unless there is a special programe after class off. All students are required to respect, lose or damage school property.

School tool's-Pencil, Eraser and others, non-owned items should be hand over to the Teacher's or Head Teacher/Principal. Item that do not belong to them are a violation of school rules. Those who Children with disabilities or big reason who are required to attend school shall make a written request to the Class Teacher's or Head Teacher/Principal; Parents can sit next to the child in class for a week.

It is compulsory for the students to complete 80% of attendance in the year to make them eligible to sit for their final exams. The percentage however, could be relaxed on medical grounds but such students will not be eligible for any academic rewards.

School Uniform

= BOY'S =

  • White shirt, Sand color pants. Black sweater, Red tie, belt, Black socks and shoes.
  • KG-I to Class-VIII boys will wear White banians and Sand color pants on Wednesday.
  • The boys will have their hair short and decently cut.
  • Pants should be worn on the waist and not on the hips.

= GIRL'S =

  • White shirt, Sand color skirts. Blue sweater, Red tie, belt, White socks and Black shoes
  • KG-I to Class-VIII girls will wear White banians and Sand color skirts on Wednesday.
  • Girls will have minimum shoulder length hair neatly tied with red colour ribbon/hair band only.
  • Skirts should be worn on the waist and not on the hips.
